  • 8 x 32-page Hilroy notebooks
  • 3 x 80-page Hilroy notebooks
  • 10 duotangs
  • 10 plastic page protectors
  • Ruler
  • Agenda with calendar
  • French-English dictionary (immersion students only)
  • 2 pkgs of 200 sheets of loose-leaf (one of which is to be given to homeroom teacher)
  • No Binder (this is not a mistake)

2 Zippered Pencil cases each with the students name written on them.

  • Pencil case #1 should have
    • HB pencils (1 pack in pencil case and 4-5 packs to be kept at home to refill as needed)
    • 4 Highlighters (variety of colors)
    • 4 erasers
    • Pencil sharpener
    • 1-2 dry erase markers
    • simple calculator
    • fine tipped sharpie
  • Pencil case #2 should have
    • pencil crayons
    • scissors
    • glue sticks (2 large, or 4 small)

If any other specific items are needed once your child’s subject teachers are assigned, your child will be made aware the first week of school.

Please note: A student fee of $50.00 (families of two or more will pay a family fee of $85.00) will provide all students with items such as: ID card, locker rental and lock, lab supplies for Science, materials for all Practical & Related Arts courses, rewards programs, guest speakers, special events. 100% of the student fees go back to students to make GSMS a rich and inviting place.
