All grades attend. This is the first day for grades 7&8, second day for grade 6

Open House
This is an informal, drop in event. There are no presentations or sit-down meetings. Students and parents are invited to drop by anytime from 5:30-6:30 to see the school. Students can show parents to their classrooms, introduce their teachers and show families around.

Fundraiser
GSMS will be selling potatoes from Mountain View Packers in Florenceville-Bristol, NB. This campaign was a great success last year and the Russet potatoes were delicious. The campaign runs Sept 11-27. Potatoes will be delivered the week of October 7th. Stay tuned for more information.

Parent School Support Committee
Parents are invited to join our PSSC. The role of the PSSC is to provide suggestions and recommendations to the school administration to help them make school-related decisions. If you are interested or would like more information please email michelle.ashfield@nbed.nb.ca

Orange Shirt Day
The National Day for Truth and Reconciliation is a Canadian holiday to recognize the legacy of the Canadian Indian residential school system. The National Day for Truth and Reconciliation is September 30th. We will recognize this day on September 27th and invite all staff and students to wear orange.
